It was last October that we received such a kind inquiry.
Since the customer lives in Tottori and could not visit our shop in person, we conducted a consultation via email and held many meetings to refine the details.
Having previously ridden road bikes and looking to enjoy long-distance rides including unpaved paths, the B-Road was the absolute best choice. The charm of this bike lies in its ability to bring out various ways to enjoy riding depending on the season simply by changing the tires.
We selected parts that would allow the rider to enjoy the bike for a long time with peace of mind, while incorporating parts they already owned. For tires, we recommended our top pick for the B-Road: the WTB / Nano 700x40c. While a wider variety of tread patterns has become available for 40c tires recently, this tire remains superior in terms of its ability to handle both paved and unpaved roads with ease.
