INVADER LADUTORM 3, an event by artist Tomoyuki Washio—well-known for the SimWorks ART COLLECTIVE project LazyParade—will be held this Friday, November 17th.
Centered around Calm’s 20th-anniversary concert, this major event feels like an autumn school festival, bringing together a variety of shops, live music, visual art, and food.
At the venue, SimWorks and PFM will be teaming up to open a pop-up store featuring ultra-limited edition LazyParade items.

By the way, Calm, who is performing that day, originally wanted to name himself after the Japanese translation of Cocteau Twins’ masterpiece "Lazy Calm", having been drawn to the sound of the Japanese title ("Kedarui Seijaku"). However, his director advised against it, saying "Lazy" sounded too negative, so he ended up going with just "Calm."
I’m also very excited because they will be screening the video for "Light Years," one of his signature tracks and a personal favorite of mine. With good music, visuals, and food, it’s sure to be a wonderfully "lazy" night in the best sense of the word. Since Hedgehog Diner, the face of Friday nights at Aliv, will be closed that day, everyone is heading to live&lounge Vio in Shinsakae!!
