This is the KONA / Unit belonging to Morgan, a.k.a @foundinthemountains, based in North Vancouver, Canada, and a contributor to The Radavist. Yes, you might have doubted your eyes for a second, but it is undeniably a Unit.
He has been enjoying commuting on this bike through the snowy white landscape lately. While the stock model comes as a single-speed, he converted it to a multi-speed setup using parts he had on hand, added a front rack with a WALD basket, and topped it all off with SIMWORKS BY HONJO / Flat65 fenders to create a comfortable commuter for winter.
You couldn't do this with a standard mountain bike, but the Unit can transform into something like this. It’s a bike with a sense of reality that really conveys Morgan's vision for how he wanted to use it!
