With SRAM's APEX as the main groupset and HAYES CX5 brakes, this bike is perfectly spec'd for a base model. It’s a very smart choice, even with future component upgrades in mind. Not only is it equipped with fender and rack mounts, but it can also clear up to 40c tires with fenders, making it a great bike for everything from daily commuting to weekend long rides, or even CX racing if you’re up for it.
