The “Lykan” series is HOUDINI’s take on next-generation insulation. The Airweb™ Knit material used in it does more than just keep you warm. With a fundamentally different approach compared to traditional fleece or synthetic insulation, it achieves “lightness,” “breathability,” and “comfort” all at once.
The key to this material is a special processed yarn that combines Teijin Waveron™ and Teijin Deltapeak™. Waveron fibers feature a flat cross-section with micro-grooves that facilitate the smooth movement of air and moisture. This maintains high moisture absorption and diffusion, while providing a soft, silky feel the moment it touches your skin.
Furthermore, this material is supported by Japan’s cutting-edge Wholegarment 3D knitting technology. Because this technique knits the piece three-dimensionally without seams, it follows your body’s movements with total flexibility, creating a fit that feels like a second skin. Since there are no unnecessary seams, there is less friction with other layers, ensuring you don’t feel restricted when layering up.
That is the essence of the “Airweb™ Knit” fabric.

The Lykan Half Zip is perfect for situations where you need to regulate your temperature, like during morning or evening commutes or long rides. Zip it up tight when it’s cold, and quickly lower it as your body warms up. It allows you to intuitively control your temperature by changing the amount of airflow inside the garment.
While we want you to experience it for yourself, the texture is almost like a super-soft hamster... It’s because of this incredible texture that it offers such high comfort whether worn as a base layer or a mid-layer.

Lykan Balaclava
Finally, I’d like to introduce the Lykan Balaclava.
The chill of the wind hits your face instantly, doesn't it? When you're pushing forward on a freezing day, a balaclava is your best friend.
This also uses Airweb™ Knit, but the point here is its mapped construction. The face area features an open mesh that suppresses condensation while not restricting breathing, the neck area has a thicker rib for comfort, and the top uses a standard medium-density fiber, optimizing the role of each section.
