BEDROCK SANDALS moved its base from Oakland, California, to Missoula, Montana, where nature-rich outdoor fields abound. However, due to the harsh winters in that region, it was difficult to spend the year wearing only their existing sandals. Therefore, they needed footwear that offered the same functionality as the rest of their lineup while also allowing for comfortable winter wear. This pair was developed as a result.
Covering the foot from the instep forward, this Mountain Clog is a pair that can be worn all year round, as the winter cold won't bother you at all. It provides excellent insulation when worn with thick, warm socks. Moreover, since there is less worry about stubbing your toes or getting injured by dropping objects, you can wear them without hesitation while maintaining safety in various situations.
Furthermore, their rounded, gentle appearance pairs perfectly not just with outdoor gear, but also with casual wear, making them a great "stylish pair" for daily use in addition to outdoor scenes.

About Materials and Models
The upper comes in two types of materials: real leather and synthetic leather. Real leather is available in one color, brown, while synthetic leather is available in two colors, clay and gray. Also, a matching strap color is paired with each: brown on brown for the real leather, canyon on clay for the synthetic leather, and black on gray.
Strap System with Excellent Retention
The instep and heel straps can be adjusted with G-hooks, the same as the Cairn 3D Pro II. Because there is no toe post strap, the retention is slightly less than the Cairn series, but in exchange, you gain a sense of freedom for your toes. The strap on the outside of the instep can be released in one action, and you can secure your feet firmly, making them easy to put on and take off.
Comfort-Focused Footbed
The footbed has a gentle, three-dimensional shape, right in between the completely flat Cairn and the Cairn 3D, which is shaped to support the sole of the foot. Also, because it has the most thickness in the BEDROCK SANDALS lineup, it has high cushioning and is comfortable enough that you won't get tired even after wearing them all day.
Outsole with Vibram® Mega Grip
The outsole was newly designed specifically for the Clog. While providing the functionality needed for outdoor activities, it is also easy to use when pedaling a bicycle or for everyday life. And because it adopts Vibram® Mega Grip as its material, it has very high grip even in waterside or muddy places.
Rubber-Coated Toe Cap
The toe area, which has a lot of physical contact, is rubber-coated for improved safety and durability.
Wide and Open Shape
To increase the sense of freedom for your toes and the range of movement of your fingers, the toe shape is wide and rounded. It is also designed with the assumption that you will wear thick socks, so it is even wider than other sandals like the Cairn. The sensation of wearing them barefoot makes them feel a size larger.
About Sizing
Because they are designed for wearing socks, they are built a size larger than other models. While the width might be a concern when wearing them barefoot, you can secure them firmly by adjusting the three straps.

Founded in 2011, BEDROCK SANDALS, a sandal manufacturer born in Richmond, California, was established by two individuals who had a vision to create the best sandals for outdoor fields, and a dream to walk and know every corner of the earth wearing them. The sandals they create are very simple, based on the traditional leather thong and sole sandals used by mountain tribes, with nylon straps and plastic buckles substituted for the materials.
In late 2019, they moved their base to Missoula, Montana, where they are putting their efforts into developing better sandals while actually using them in their daily lives and play in the great outdoors.
