【VOTE】Let's go vote!

This coming weekend, Sunday, July 21st, is
the voting day for the 25th House of Councillors Regular Election.

When it comes to anything, "not expressing an opinion, not getting involved, and showing no interest" means that nothing will change, not even slightly. It is important not to think "someone else will do it," but to "take action yourself." There is only one thing we must do: fully utilize the rights we have to convey our thoughts.

I hope that as many people as possible will head to the polls (hopefully #BikeTo them!) and engage actively. As a bike shop, I wanted to create an opportunity for this, so I have put together this initiative once again. I really hope young people go out and vote too.

【"Without Voting, What Can We Complain About?" SALE】

Dates: Tuesday, July 16th – Sunday, July 21st
10% off when you bring your proof of voting (early voting slips are also accepted)
(Some items excluded. Please note that held items, pre-ordered items, etc., are excluded.)

In addition to the discount, those who present their proof of voting will also receive a PATAGONIA "VOTE OUR PLANET" sticker. The fact that they closed all their directly managed stores on election day to create an opportunity for employees to talk with family, friends, and loved ones and go to vote has been a hot topic. I think this is a truly wonderful initiative.

If you bring your proof of voting to other stores in the Circles Group, we have prepared the following benefits. I’m not saying our way is the "correct" one, but I do believe it is more meaningful than doing nothing at all.

Benefits

・Culture Club: 10% off on new items and in-store bikes only.
Those aged 18–20 can receive 1 hour of free rental pit service upon presentation.

・EarlyBirdsBreakfast: Get 100 yen off your drink upon presentation.

・PineFieldsMarket: Receive a PFM special cookie upon presentation.

Also, in response to a call from ON READING and Shimauma Shobo, various stores participating in #VotingDiscountNGY are offering various voting discounts, so please check those out as well.

This is just what we can do; the most important thing is that you all go out to vote.

The forecast suggests that the rainy season might finally end this weekend, so I hope you will ride your bike to vote and then stop by to see us. Thank you very much!
