【OMM BIKE 2026】What do you wear??👕

It's summery~!☀️
Hello there! It’s Chan-Mai^^

I’m spending another hot, hot summer!ッッ
The other day, I participated in OMM LITE / BIKE 2026 (hereafter OMM), held in Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture🔥
I took part in the race alongside the "senpais" (mentors/seniors) who look forward to this day more than anything else all year!

Team Senpai managed to secure 5th place in the mixed-gender category, which has gotten us even more fired up. Let’s do our best again next year!

While the excitement is still fresh, today I’m going to share a style check of the OMM participants👣
In our ongoing series "Clothing, as Thought About by a Bike Shop," we featured the styles of our staff who participated in OMM for July, but what kind of outfits were the actual racers wearing to tackle the event?

Let’s take a look!

Summer Means This! "BEDROCK SANDALS Style"

A team led by Micchi-san, owner of the famous Ike-shita shop "the SOFT." They are friends connected through hiking and cycling🤝

You can't go without BEDROCK SANDALS in the summer👣
Once again this year, I was able to see so many people’s feet decked out in BEDROCK SANDALS◎

A photo received from a customer who said, "When we all got together, we were all wearing different colors!" The wide variety of colors is another charm of BEDROCK SANDALS.
These two started cycling last summer because they "wanted to do OMM!" Over this past year, their bikes have truly become their partners!

Since it rained on the second day, choosing sandals was a brilliant move🙆‍♀️ BEDROCK SANDALS, which fit snugly to your feet, are perfectly compatible with cycling.

OMM courses aren't just on-road; they include dirt paths where you have to push through bushes. In such cases, wearing socks with your BEDROCKs is a great way to protect your feet💯

This wonderful lady, whose tan line tells the story of how great her summer has been🌻, picked up her BEDROCK SANDALS on the day of the OMM. Please keep enjoying this summer until you get an even deeper "BEDROCK tan"!

100% Attention-Grabbing! "Eanbe Style"

Eanbe aloha shirts catch your eye just by being there. The unique designs and color schemes, which have become a trademark for the people who wear them, look fantastic against the backdrop of Nagano's great outdoors!

Sataya-san from FLOAT OUTDOOR, who achieved a great result alongside our president. You can spot him even from a distance.

Eanbe's excellence isn't limited to its design. The smooth, skin-friendly texture that makes you want to wear it directly against your skin is another huge draw.

These aloha shirts are made using materials like cellulose, which features a distinct texture and drape, and rayon, known for its luster and softness, and are carefully dyed one by one by skilled craftsmen.

Racing in a Circles original Eanbe! This lucky winner got theirs through a gacha-gacha lottery at the Circles booth at Mori, Michi, Ichiba 2026.

It's a favorite among many of the Circles staff too.
Eanbe, which is popular for being perfect even for sweaty rides, played a major role at OMM as well🌴

Body and Soul as One! "Matching Style"

I think every time how great this style is—the matching style. Just by wearing it, you can feel the unity of the team.

The two girls from JINDAIJI MOUNTAIN WORKS participated in aloha shirts created by Yumi Kawabe🪼 Even though the designs were different, there was a sense of cohesion that was truly lovely. Plus, these two are pros at having fun—they have insane stamina and are incredibly fast on bikes, which makes them look even cooler. Respect!

They were also wearing BEDROCK SANDALS on their feet!

Here’s a trio with matching bikes. Even with the same frame, it’s interesting to see their individual approaches to building them. They also have matching RAL Tabby Socks in different colors. So, how did they perform...?

They’re also topping it off with matching RAL Exposure Caps. Will they be hidden by helmets? Doesn't matter, it's the spirit that counts!!

The team led by our own Monjya-san went for a "messenger style," putting their pride as messengers on the line. They achieved the top record among the Circles members. Since all their gear goes into their messenger bag, the only things they attached to their bikes were a map and a drink. This is also so cool!!

Own Your Gear and Style! "On my way Style"

Jackie-san from JINDAIJI MOUNTAIN WORKS and Jerry Ukai-san

The style of Jackie-san and Jerry-san, which seemed to be opposites yet perfectly unified in color, was wonderful! Ultimately, there is no single "correct" answer for wear. What’s most important is choosing apparel that allows you, yourself, to ride as comfortably as possible.

These powerhouses call themselves the "Average Age 52 Team" while laughing as they breeze past young riders. Truly impressive...!
Found a nostalgic original Circles jersey! It’s amazing that you can still wear it after nearly 10 years, Makoto-san!!

Everyone was rocking their own unique styles, and it was so damn cool!
Comfort, looks, and the points you focus on vary from person to person. Maybe what makes OMM so interesting is that your individuality shows through not just in how you ride, but also in your gear and attire.
I hope you all find the ride style that suits you perfectly.

#14 Chan-Mai Break Room

This time again, I pushed my pedals while being greatly encouraged by my senpais.

I’m a natural sore loser, and I think I’m the type of person who performs better in a team than working hard alone. With everyone around, I’m filled with energy and can give it my all.

I think the appeal of OMM is that it can't be measured solely by speed or strength. You read maps, think about routes, consult with teammates, and move forward by contributing your respective strengths and weaknesses. There are paths I never would have chosen alone that I can tackle because I’m in a team.

Once again, my heart skipped a beat on the gravel descents I’m bad at, and there were still moments where I couldn't handle the thick tires, handling, and braking well. But there were also moments when I rode just a little bit better than last year, and the back of the senpai I’ve been chasing for so long felt just a little closer, which made me really happy.

It’s great to be able to feel frustrated by your own immaturity while playing, and then feel happy about a little bit of growth. This year was so much fun too! Next year, I’ll gain more experience and aim for an even higher rank.

Right, Senpai?
