The more you ride, the more fun cycling becomes.
And at the same time, your anxiety about "trouble" grows little by little, right?
Why not learn the basics of first aid for both yourself and your bike this year?

What is First Aid?
Injuries and mechanical trouble are an inevitable part of sports like cycling. First aid refers to initial actions taken to prevent a condition from worsening before handing the situation over to medical professionals or mechanics. For the body, this means stopping bleeding, preventing infection, or stabilizing an injury; for the bike, it means fixing a flat tire or a broken chain, among other basic tasks.

To be honest, talking about injuries and bike trouble isn't exactly positive, so it's easy to keep putting it off...
But the knowledge and experience gained by preparing for trouble can help protect not only yourself, but also the friends who enjoy these activities with you.
Unlike material goods, this is an invaluable asset you will be able to use for the rest of your life.

This session covers the basics of first aid 📖

To enjoy cycling even more!
I don't mean to stir up anxiety, and to be honest, talking about injuries and bike trouble isn't exactly a positive topic, so it's easy to keep putting it off.
But it is a fact that as long as you are riding on public roads and playing outdoors, injuries, accidents, and trouble cannot be reduced to zero.
However, I want to face this reality properly.
The knowledge and experience gained in this workshop can help protect not only yourself, but also the friends who share in this fun. Unlike material goods, this is an invaluable asset you will be able to use for the rest of your life.
Let's enjoy cycling safely, with peace of mind, and to the fullest!
We look forward to seeing you there!!
