【16th Anniversary Ride Project】Wouldn't it be cool to go cherry blossom viewing out of season?! I personally think it would be great!!

I’m kicking this off with high energy, but everyone associates cherry blossoms with spring, right?

However, did you know that there are cherry blossoms called "Shiki-zakura" (four-season cherry blossoms) that bloom not just in spring, but also around December, which happens to be Circles' anniversary month? Since these Shiki-zakura can be found in Toyota City, right next to Nagoya, I’ve decided to organize a cherry blossom viewing ride for the final day of our anniversary celebration, Sunday the 4th!

Who will be joining?

The group will be led by our touring-loving duo, Asai and Daisaku, along with Gishi-san, who recently earned the title of fastest former messenger at the JCMC. We’ll be taking you on a relaxed, beautiful, and warm Sunday Morning Ride starting from Sunday morning!

Our destination is, as the name implies, Shikizakura Park!

The distance is 40km one way. You might think it sounds difficult, but we’ll be riding at a pace comfortable enough for MTBs or folding bikes while chatting and having fun, so you’ll probably find it easier than you expect. Whether you're a beginner or someone who usually only rides around town, please feel free to join us if you're interested!

There are a few climbs, but don't worry about that either. I (Asai) am terrible at climbing. If you're not a fan of climbs, ride at a leisurely pace with me! (Honestly, I'm just nervous about being left behind.)

Conversely, if you love climbing, go ahead and follow Daisaku and Gishi-san, haha.

The details for the ride are below. If you would like to participate, please register via the link.
