Riding while bathed in warm, dazzling sunlight makes you feel the arrival of spring—to the point where I couldn't help but wonder if the daily high temperature I checked that morning was some kind of mistake.

The sunlight filtering through the trees also showed a rich variety of expressions, reminding me that the light is completely different not just with the changing seasons, but from one day to the next.

And, as is the case every year, seeing the cut cedar trees made me realize once again that this is the time of year for such sights.
That half-day felt incredibly fulfilling.
Come to think of it, I remember opening my jacket all the way and taking off my gloves to ride bare-handed on the climb—that was just a little story from last week's ride.
Tomorrow’s forecast calls for clouds, but that’s just how it is; I'm sure I'll find something unique to that day. I'll also be riding with someone for the first time, so it should be a fun holiday.

If you are interested in this route, you can check it out here (please note it’s just a rough outline). By the way, I’ve omitted the route from my house to Seto.
