A three-day weekend begins tomorrow. With the middle of November already behind us, we can hear the footsteps of the year’s end approaching.
Since the new virus began to rage this past spring, we have tried to understand this situation in our own way, take the best possible approach, and do everything we can as Circles. However, as of today, the situation surrounding us has reached a new phase, and we are seeing a significant increase in infections within Aichi Prefecture as well.
While there are parts of the future we cannot foresee, should a state of emergency be declared again, we intend to operate as we did in April, by making appointments the requirement for entry.
Currently, Circles is quietly proceeding with its normal operations and working at full capacity to meet our customers' deadlines, but we have one request for everyone.

Of course, this is not intended to restrict entry solely to those with appointments; however, as we consider how to operate our physical store in the future, we believe this policy is an effective way to combat the novel coronavirus. Additionally, please note that we continue to require hand sanitizing at the entrance and the wearing of masks upon entry.
Bicycle shops, especially those handling sports bikes, have long been perceived as having a somewhat high barrier to entry, and from the time we opened, we have aimed to be a store where anyone could feel free to drop by. Therefore, this feels very complicated to us, but we believe that in this new lifestyle, we have entered an era where we must think more deeply about the impact our actions have on others, even in the simple act of "going to a store."
We are thinking of the safety of our valued customers and staff, and in order to provide the best possible service to those who visit us, we would like to continue contributing to society as a bike shop while maintaining our current format. We kindly ask for your understanding.
