It has already been two weeks since we switched to by-appointment-only operations. Thank you very much to everyone for booking your visits in advance, whether it was to finally see the bike you’ve been waiting for, to discuss the purchase of a new bike, or—as is most common—to consult with us regarding parts replacement, repairs, and maintenance.

Under normal circumstances, many of you would have been planning rides to various places during this Golden Week, but let’s grit our teeth and spend our time meaningfully at home. This is the perfect time to take care of the bike you use every day. It’s also a great opportunity to take the plunge and try something new you’ve never done before (like wrapping handlebar tape or even building a wheel).
Circles will be operating as follows during the Golden Week period.
During this period, our hours will be 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Moving forward, we will continue to prioritize entry only for customers with appointments, and we require all visitors to disinfect their hands at the entrance and wear a mask.
Please note that we will continue to accept repairs for general bicycles on-site as usual. However, as we are already receiving many repairs daily, please be aware that we will need to keep your bike and return it to you at a later date.
In order to prevent the further spread of COVID-19, we kindly ask that you refrain from visiting us for non-essential or non-urgent matters.
