Hello, this is Kousei.
Golden Week Daily RIDE Project! Following the first half (April 29th – May 2nd), this is the guide for the second half (May 3rd – 6th).
Due to the nature of our work, we don't get a "Golden Week," but if we call it a "project," we can go out and play! Each staff member has put together a ride, and we’re doing this every day, so join the rides that interest you!
Here is the ride guide for the second half 🐏
The first one of the second half starts with me, Kousei. Here we go〜
May 3rd (Sun) Kousei Presents: "3-Hour Backcountry Ride"

This ride party will be hosted by Circles staff, Kousei!
We'll meet at Circles, spend about 3 hours pedaling our hearts out in my favorite field—affectionately called "The Backcountry"—sandwich whatever food you've brought into some delicious PFM bread, sip on some great coffee from our riding friend kinkin, and head back to Circles.
If this rough introduction makes you want to come, I really want you to be your true self without any pressure.
If you're not great at talking, you can just pedal in silence; you can earnestly introduce your favorite bike parts to me; or if you feel like dancing, go right ahead.
I plan to enjoy myself as much as possible, so please just come as you are and let’s keep it seriously chill!
[ Ride like nobody’s watching!! ]
The reason I ride a bike, and the reason I go to clubs, is to be silent and feel free.
But I also know that there’s a different, more special kind of fun in "saddle talk" with trusted friends.
I’m sure you can’t imagine the "experience of pedaling for hours on end" from 15-second Instagram or TikTok clips.
Even if you’re riding a "mamachari" (city bike), you are very welcome to join us, so why don't you come out and play with us on bikes? Just for a try!!
"3-Hour Backcountry Ride"
Date/Time: May 3rd (Sun) / Meet at 9:00
Meeting Place: Circles
What to bring: Helmet (we have loaners available. If there’s an accident, we won't be able to use the "backcountry," so please be careful!), something to put in your sandwich, and your own cup if you have one (⭕️)
May 4th (Mon) Maru-chan Presents: "Ride to Adore Cats"
Hi there, it’s Maru-chan!
On a personal note, I recently welcomed a new family member!

Her name is "Koto."
It’s a precious connection I made at our destination, "Neko Cafe New Journey" in Kasugai City.
New Journey is a home for over 40 "rescue cats" at all times. Acting as a safety net for cats that have lost their place for various reasons, they have supported the "new journey" of over 800 cats so far.
In this warm space where every single cat is protected with plenty of love, I hope this will be an opportunity for you to adore the cats and also learn about rescue cat activities.
On the way, we’ll stop at an eatery selected by Dora-san to have lunch before heading to our destination.

We will disband at the location, so let’s adore, adore, and adore these cats to our heart's content!
"Ride to Adore Cats"
Date/Time: May 4th (Mon) / Meet at 11:00
Meeting Place: Circles / Disband at the location
What to bring: Helmet, cafe entrance fee (please check here for details), a heart ready to adore cats, and a pure heart that follows traffic rules
May 5th (Tue) Baki-chan Presents: "Children's Day! Let's Go See the Carp Streamers! Ride"

Hello! Circles staff Baki here.
May 5th, which I’m in charge of, is Children’s Day. And Children’s Day means "koinobori" (carp streamers).
Seeing large, magnificent carp streamers always made me feel like I’d become stronger when I was a boy. I want to keep that sense of childlike wonder no matter how old I get, so let’s go see some carp streamers.
...That’s the excuse, but we’re going for a real ride. lol

Our destination is the nature-rich Korankei!
Starting from Circles, the round trip is about 100km. We’ll be riding on-road the whole way.
Joining along the way is also fine. If you do, let’s meet at the intermediate point, Homi Station.
It’ll take about 4 hours to get there, and after soaking up energy from nature, the river, and the carp streamers, we’ll grab lunch and head back. That’s the ride.
Those who want to see carp streamers and those who want to get some serious riding in, gather ‘round!
"Children's Day! Let's Go See the Carp Streamers! Ride"
Date/Time: May 5th (Tue) / Meet at 7:00
Meeting Place: Circles
Meet along the way: Homi Station (Aichi Loop Railway) / Meet at 9:00
What to bring: Helmet, lunch money, a heart to enjoy the carp streamers, and a pure heart that follows traffic rules
May 6th (Wed) Daisaku Presents: "Bike To Trail"

"I want to go to the mountains!!!"
Personally, it’s been a while, and the recent pleasant weather just made me think that. (The last time I went was so long ago, the photos don't match the current season at all.)
After climbing a mountain that’s a bit(?) tough—with steep hills and sections where we have to carry our bikes—we’ll be rewarded with a fantastic view and a premier trail that we can descend while feeling all the G-forces.

Since there aren't any eateries, please bring your own cookers to boil water, and we'll have a simple camp meal at the summit.

After the ride, let’s hit the hot springs and wash away all the grime from our bodies and minds〜♨️
"Bike To Trail"
Date/Time: May 6th (Wed) / Meet at 9:30
Meeting Place: Hotel Hyakuraso
What to bring: MTB, helmet, mountain riding attire, lunch, burners, cookers, etc.
To participate in each ride, please fill out the application form below!
Let’s enjoy GW to the fullest everyone〜♪
