【FIX LIKE COOK】Due to popular demand, we are holding additional bicycle puncture repair workshops!

《Working on, fixing, and getting to know your bicycle isn’t something special—it’s just a part of daily life, like making a delicious meal or brewing tea and chatting with friends. It may seem difficult, but if you take it step-by-step, just like following a recipe, you can do it.》

With less than a month to go until GIRLS RIDEALIVE in Hokkaido, I'm sure you're feeling like you want to be able to take care of your own bike for that trip and for your regular rides too.

With that in mind, I’ve been hosting a women’s-only bicycle workshop called "FIX LIKE COOK", where I lecture and we all learn together! Thanks to everyone's wonderful response, we have added an extra session on Saturday, August 4th!

Our previous workshops focused on "flat tire repair" in June and "rin-ko" (packing your bike for travel) in July. Even those who couldn't do it at all at first were able to do it on their own by the end by following the steps one by one.
Of course, since it’s hard to master these things in one go, you need to practice until you remember them, but once you do, you'll even be able to teach others.

This workshop is geared toward the upcoming GIRLS RIDEALIVE in Hokkaido, but those who aren't attending are more than welcome to join, so please invite your friends and come along!
I really want to encourage those who have decided to participate but are feeling anxious, those who are still hesitant because they are worried about packing their bikes or running into trouble, and even those who aren't attending but want to learn how to do it themselves to take the challenge.

I will give a thorough lecture, including tips on how to handle parts that might be difficult if you don't have much strength. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
Let's learn together while having a great time, so that you can feel confident heading out anywhere on your own!

And after the workshop, let's grab some tea next door at Pine Fields Market.
