Ghooost is an artist now beloved not just in Japan, but all around the world.Ghooost.
The two of them were responsible for the SimWorks artwork at MADE the other day, and people were buzzing about just how popular the collaboration items were.
We want everyone in Japan to experience the appeal of Ghooost even more, so we're hosting a POPUP SHOP at Circles Tokyo!
Since both members of Ghooost will be in the shop for the entire duration, we have some special content prepared for you too!!
There's so much to look forward to!
1. Sales of SIMWORKS x Ghooost items & original special items
The items we created with them for MADE were a huge hit and sold out almost immediately. They were primarily sold in the US, but we managed to bring a limited number back to Japan, so we'll be selling them at this pop-up!!
We'll have t-shirts, caps, bottles, tenugui hand towels, decals, and more—items that can only be found at SIMWORKS USA and Circles!
And on the day, we’ll also have special items that Ghooost prepared specifically for this pop-up!!
Be sure to look forward to it when the day comes.
2. TWIST FLOWER Custom Order Event
You see them all over town these days: the TWIST FLOWER.
Each one is handmade and comes in a wide variety of colors. They feature colorful flowers on both ends of a colorful wire.
For this custom order event, they are bringing a huge selection of wire and flower colors so that you can choose the colors yourself and have them made on the spot!
They can be used for many things. They’re perfect for bundling bike cables, but they also look cute as decorations, or wrapped around areas where cables touch the frame to provide protection.
They're cute not just on cables, but also on frames and things other than bikes!
Choose your favorite colors and get your favorite flower.
3. RAL x Ghooost Handmade Designs
Exclusively for those who purchase a classic Circles item, the RAL Merino Tee, Mai will be doing handmade designs right on the garment!!
The reason this project came to be is that, personally, I had my own RAL Merino Tee designed by Ghooost, and I loved it so much and wore it so often that many customers asked, "I want that T-shirt!" or "Can you do that for me too?" So I asked the two of them, and they kindly agreed to do it for this special event!
We have plenty of short-sleeve and long-sleeve RAL Merino Tees in various colors available, so be sure to get your one-of-a-kind T-shirt with a custom hand-drawn design by Mai!
4. Morning Ride! With Ghooost!

Since they're coming all this way, we've got to ride bikes together, right? 🚲 Don't worry, we are definitely hosting a ride event!
While Ghooost usually works as a duo, Mai is also active as an individual artist.
As it happens, her solo exhibition is being held at a gallery in Roppongi at this time, so let's all go check it out together!!
You might even catch a glimpse of the roots of how Ghooost was born.
Whether you normally check out art or not, I think you'll be able to enjoy the work of Ghooost and Mai.
【Circles Tokyo Morning Ride】
Date: Saturday, November 1st
Meeting Point: In front of Toranomon Hills Station Tower Plaza (Please check the map below!)
Meeting Time: 10:00 AM
Capacity: 10 people (first come, first served)
How to apply: Please send a message to Circles Tokyo Instagram! (If you would like to test ride a bicycle, please let us know when you apply.)
What to bring: Bicycle (not required if you wish to test ride), drinks, helmet (we can lend you one if you inquire in advance), clothing suitable for exercise/cycling, and a pure heart that follows traffic rules.
Participation Fee: Free
*Cancelled in case of rain
We meet at 10 AM in front of Toranomon Hills Station Tower Plaza.
The ride itself is about 20km. We’ll cruise along slowly and enjoy the scenery.
We'll have a coffee break along the way, stop by Mai's solo exhibition around 12 PM to see her work, and then ride back to Toranomon. The whole thing will take about 3 hours, so anyone is welcome to join us!

*Please note that both members of Ghooost will be participating in the RIDE event, so they will be absent on the morning of 11/1 (Sat). They are expected to return around 1:00 PM.
