As was recently announced, Sunday, 11/30 is the Nagoya 19th Anniversary!!🎂

Was it two years ago that I last participated in an anniversary event? (Has it really been that long?) At the time, I was still on assignment in Nagoya.
Two years ago, we held the anniversary party at the Circles shop, and it was a huge success with so many customers that the place was packed. I had a blast myself.
Last year, Tokyo staff members Yoshimoto and John rode from Tokyo to Nagoya to join the party, but this year, I’ll be the one going!!
It’s been a while since I’ve been to Nagoya!!
Of course, I’ll be going by bike!!

Tokyo to Nagoya RIDE on my BIKE FRIDAY🚲
My partner for this trip is my beloved BIKE FRIDAY.
The concept behind BIKE FRIDAY is “handmade folding small-wheel bikes for traveling the world.”

Although it’s been a staple for my daily commute and gravel rides since I built it, I hadn’t taken it on a long tour yet, so I decided that this time, I absolutely had to ride my BIKE FRIDAY!
And by taking advantage of the greatest charm of a folding bike—its portability—I’ll be making my way to Nagoya over two days while utilizing "rinko" (train transport).
”BIKE TO Anniversary Party”
⚫︎Departing Toranomon on 11/29 (Sat) → Arriving at the Circles Nagoya Anniversary Party on 11/30 (Sun)!
If you combine your ride with train transport, you can travel far even in a short time, and you can enjoy experiences you wouldn't normally be able to have.
Through this ride, I hope to convey to you all the joy of a tour that lets you feel a little bit of the extraordinary.
Right now, I’m in the middle of updating the build and dreaming up the gear...

I plan to report on the final style in a review blog post after the ride, so if you're interested, please look forward to it!
If you’d like to join us, let's go!
I won't be on this trip alone; my partner John will be riding with me.

If you would like to join us, you are more than welcome!!
I mentioned the Tokyo-Nagoya ride at the shop, and some customers have already reached out saying they want to come along, which makes me so happy!
If you’d like to join, please send a DM to Ishikawa’s Instagram.
Of course, you don’t have to be on a BIKE FRIDAY (small-wheel bike) to participate!
※Since we need to coordinate accommodations, please reach out sooner rather than later!
I’ll provide the details once you contact me!
The Tokyo-to-Nagoya route is often thought of as "too tough," but we plan to enjoy the ride by using train transport and stopping at famous spots along the way.
If you want to experience the "extraordinary" while taking in sights and air you can only find on this journey, please get in touch.
