Circles Tokyo opened its doors on February 29th last year. It was a leap year, you know.
Thanks to everyone who visits the shop so often and those who join our ride events, we are about to celebrate our 1st anniversary.
Thank you always!
We want to express our gratitude to everyone we've met over this first year since opening, and because we want you to have fun through cycling, we will be holding a special 1st-anniversary event on Saturday, March 1st, and Sunday, March 2nd!

It’s going to be luxurious... and packed with activities...
Of course, those who have never been to Circles Tokyo and those who have never joined our ride events are more than welcome!!
I would be truly happy if these two days could be an opportunity for you to get to know Circles Tokyo even just a little bit.
First, I wanted to share this announcement so you can save the dates!
3/1 (Sat) Multiple Ride Events Being Held!!
When it comes to Circles, the best way to enjoy things is by riding your bike!! With that in mind, we are holding multiple ride events.
The main contents are as follows!! 🚲
〇 Bike to Honjo Factory tour
Believe it or not! We have been granted a tour of the Honjo factory, where they craft the world's most beautiful fenders (mudguards)!! See the manufacturing process of the fenders, and perhaps even experience making that item yourself!?
Let's ride to the Honjo factory and have a valuable experience!
〇 Tokyo Bay Outback
A ride event by Kako-shi, who advocates for the ARAKAWA OUTBACK, familiar to Bikelore fans. This time, with Tokyo Bay as our theme, we’re holding our usual information-packed ride!
〇 Bike to Picnic
Literally a laid-back ride to a picnic spot overlooking Tokyo Bay. We will do some shopping at Tsukiji, and we’ll also be serving pork miso soup (tonjiru) at the destination. JUN from BLOCKHEAD MOTORS will be joining us, so bringing your RC cars is very welcome.
We are hard at work planning events for each ride that make the most of the Circles Tokyo location and help you rediscover the charm of cycling!! We will introduce the details for each ride at a later date, so stay tuned!!
And, March 2nd (Sun) is also packed with events!!
I’ll introduce them in order.
NITTO & MKS POP-UP STORE / Talk Show
We are hosting a pop-up store for two of Japan’s proudest parts brands: NITTO & MKS!!
The pop-up we just held in Nagoya today, which finished to rave reviews, is coming to Circles Tokyo too!! Tokyo folks, the wait is over!
NITTO
NITTO has specially brought along deadstock items and B-grade items (guaranteed safe for use), which will be available for sale only on that day!
They will also provide a service where they use a rotary tool to engrave patterns onto your top cap!

MKS
MKS will be demonstrating the process of assembling cup-and-cone pedals, from loading the bearings to the finished product. This is a super special project where you can actually buy pedals that were assembled right in front of you! You can purchase freshly born pedals on the spot.

They will also be selling racing caps and T-shirts that aren't usually available! This is getting really exciting.
Furthermore, MKS is lending us a pinball machine, so customers who purchase NITTO or MKS products can try their luck!
We’ve prepared prizes, too!

This is a rare opportunity to have people from NITTO and MKS stand in the shop and explain their products in person!
Meets Legacy Talk Show
Additionally, as a special piece of content, we will be hosting a talk show featuring NITTO, MKS, and the representative of Circles, Tanaka!
They will talk about the brand's history and their products, so there will likely be stories you can only hear here…! I’m already looking forward to it. Please join us!!

We are also hosting a POPUP for WELLDONE, an old friend of Circles Nagoya that continues to connect cycling with other forms of FUN—such as biking+hiking or biking+camping—under the theme of "Bicycle+α"!

They will be taking orders for custom frame bags! We also plan to have a lineup of items that are not typically available at Circles Tokyo!

Of course, their designer, Inocchi-san, will be joining the ride event and will be in the store as well!
I really hope you don't just shop, but also ask him, the designer, about his experiences in detail. You’ll likely become a fan of his, too.

CHRIS KING Overhaul school
Beyond their high durability, easy maintenance is a major feature of CHRIS KING products.
This time, we will hold a workshop centered on maintenance that can be performed without specialized tools!
Knowing how to perform daily maintenance can extend the life of your parts, so why not take this opportunity to learn how to do it yourself?
