A silent party is out of the question! If we’re going to do this, I want to create a space wrapped in happy music that makes everyone’s bodies start moving on their own!
It’s natural to talk about bikes when chatting with customers, but our conversations often veer off into music (like, "You went to Thom Yorke's live show in Japan recently, didn't you?" or "Have you heard the *HOSONO HOUSE COVERS* album?").
It’s a fact that many Circles customers are music lovers, so I’ve hand-picked members who are genuine music enthusiasts to handle the music for this party. Here they are in order!
Kicking things off is Circles mechanic Tomoyan (that’s me!)

The person responsible for the music that welcomes you all—which could really set the tone for the excitement of the party—is yours truly! I even went record shopping the other day under the guise of overcoming the pressure of the big day. I’ll be greeting you all with a (well-intentioned) eclectic selection of tracks!
Cycle sound system, Yashi!

Below is an introduction from the man himself!
My name is Yashiro from yashisounds. I started DJing at a messenger event in 2023. Currently, I bring my sound system and records to DJ at bicycle racing events. I don't stick to one genre; I select music to help spark conversations and create a comfortable space!
Pot equipment store owner, Wellidone Inocchi!

He’s a popular guy who’s called to popup events in different cities almost every weekend, leading many to ask, "When is the shop in Nagoya actually open?" (lol)—it's Inocchi!
On the big day, he seems fired up with the ambition to rock the hearts of people young and old with his own interpretation of alternative music from the 90s to the present!
Circles' resident advisor, Masashi Kimura!

As for him and me, we share the sad memory of being supposed to go see The Stone Roses live at Budokan in 2016, only for the concert to be canceled.
I have a vivid memory of him getting the floor going with indie rock at a DJ gig at Lader in Kakuozan a while back. Many of you are probably looking forward to the new and old rock—both Japanese and Western—that pure rock lover Masashi Kimura will be spinning!
Kantoku, who has also been energetic as a musician performing live recently!

Lately, Kantoku has taken on the persona of a musician, not just DJing but performing live ambient sets. His "day job," however, is as the graphic designer responsible for the packaging of our own brand, RAL.
He was fired up about shaking the floor with a house music set—the roots of his DJ career!
Let's all put our hands up!
While there's a hidden motive to just play all the songs we personally love on the top-notch sound system at 24Pillars, this group has vowed to make this a time filled with euphoria that conveys our love of music to everyone.
Our DJ styles are all different, but the five of us are brimming with a spirit of service and a desire to look cool while entertaining everyone, so we’ll definitely get the party going—let’s all make some noise!!
