【BIKE TO】We're doing it again this year! Aichi Farm CX Spectator Ride!

This weekend, the 5th and 6th rounds of the Tokai Cyclocross series will be held at Aichi Farm. That said, we did it last year, and we’re doing it again this year!

The cold days continue, but that’s all the more reason to get outside, ride your bike, and have some fun! The first night orienteering event of 2019, CHILL!!, will of course be an alley cat.

To compete in this year’s CX race at Aichi Farm, the Blue Assassins are coming all the way from Tokyo, so let’s all get ready to welcome them!

What kind of manifesto (checkpoint + task) will Gishi-kun, former messenger and ace of SimWorksCXRacing, create for us?! Once we reach the goal, let’s fill our stomachs with some Nagoya meshi!

Bike To Tokai CX

– BIKE to Tokai CX –

・Sunday, January 13th, 7:30 AM departure from Early Birds
・Destination: Aichi Farm (977 Minamiyama, Mienogi-cho, Nisshin City) / *Scheduled arrival at 9:00 / Dissolve on-site

On the following Sunday, why not ride the roughly 18km to Aichi Farm for the 6th round of the Tokai Cyclocross series, whether you are racing or just watching?! Many of our Circles staff members are registered for the race this day, too. Plus, it’s easily accessible from the city, taking just over an hour by bike!

How about grabbing a hot morning coffee at Early Birds and then riding to the venue via a pleasant route? SimWorks will have a booth at the venue, and filling up at BUCYO COFFEE is also a great option. Tokai Cyclocross is known for its friendly atmosphere, and you can even enjoy the farm’s famous gelato at the venue. If you're interested, come join us!

We will basically dissolve on-site, but for the return trip, you can also take the Meitetsu Toyota Line from the nearest station, Kurozasa Station (which connects to the Subway Tsurumai Line), so don't forget your bike bag if you plan on using the train.

Also, on a personal note, since the course will be open for trial runs this coming Thursday the 10th, I’m planning to head out there from Circles! We’ll be leaving Circles at 10:00 AM, so if you’d like to join, please feel free to send me a message! We recently held a clinic presented by SimWorksCXRacing, and I’d be happy to help with practicing techniques you find difficult or providing practical advice.

So, whether you’re racing or just watching, let’s all have some fun together! And bring it on, Team Blue Lug!

Due to the above, please note that our business hours will change on Sunday, January 13th.
