It is just plain hot.
I’ve been drenched in sweat just from my commute lately, and I can really feel that summer is officially here.
At times like this, I want to stuff my face with something cold. Yes, stuff my face.
So, let’s go out and eat shaved ice together.
This time, we’re heading to Coffee An, a cafe in Ama City.
Coffee An uses highly transparent ice made from the water of Kamikochi in Shinshu, frozen over 48 hours.
Their shaved ice features fluffy ice topped with specialty syrups.
I really want to eat it!!
