[Re-announcement] Okazaki Living & Sightseeing Ride Tour to be held on Sunday, May 31st!

Regarding the Okazaki Living Sightseeing Ride Tour we announced previously, the event was cancelled due to rain. We have decided to reschedule it, so we are now accepting applications again! We look forward to seeing those of you who might be able to make it this time!

We are holding our annual Okazaki Living Sightseeing Ride Tour again this year! We also received a wonderful invitation from Kei-san of Okazaki Micro Hotel ANGLE!!
This time, we are hosting a Bike To Farm event themed around "a day to experience early summer"!
The route is a relaxing 20km round trip. We guarantee that even first-timers will enjoy it! Let's enjoy the spring weather together.

This time, we will visit shops in Okazaki, gather ingredients along the way, and make and eat our own sandwiches!
Isn't it great that "the day we spent together" becomes the flavor itself? Let's experience both the fun of side trips and the deliciousness of our sandwiches!
Experience local ingredients!
We plan to buy ham and sausages at Inagaki Chozumiten, a shop we frequently visit on our Okazaki Living Sightseeing Rides!
While preserving the traditions learned during my apprenticeship, we carefully and slowly make body-friendly products by hand, without using any artificial coloring, preservatives, or fillers.
Focusing on local production for local consumption, we combine our experience with delicious Aichi-grown meat and our own uniquely developed spices!
On a field of about 150 tsubo in Ryusenji-cho, Okazaki, we are creating an edible forest (forest garden) and growing vegetables and herbs.
"The people, animals, plants, and water around us Everything circulates, and we are part of that cycle. A place where many plants, creatures, and people can connect and circulate."
The name was chosen with the hope that it will become such a place.
At around, we can harvest the vegetables ourselves and turn them into sandwiches on the spot. A sandwich made with fresh vegetables is sure to be exceptional 🤤
Furthermore, there are rice fields right in front of the farm, making it the perfect place to feel the early summer! Let's enjoy sandwiches together.
Okazaki Living Sightseeing Ride Tour Date: May 31 (Sun)
⚫︎Meeting Place: Meet at 9:30 at Kagoda Park near Micro Hotel ANGLE (Google Map). ※ No dedicated parking is available. Please come by bicycle (rinko) or use nearby paid parking lots.
⚫︎Dissolution Time: Scheduled for 16:00 (19:00 for those joining us for dinner!!)
⚫︎Participation Fee (Pay in cash on the day)： A (Ride only): ¥3,000 + actual cost of ingredients B (With ANGLE stay): ¥11,000 + actual cost of ingredients ※ Sandwich ingredients: approx. ¥1,000-2,000
⚫︎Capacity: First 20 people ⚫︎How to Apply: Please apply via the form button below.
⚫︎Main items to bring: Participation fee (cash), an open heart, a helmet (we have a limited number available for rent!), and a pure heart that follows traffic rules.
※The event will be cancelled in case of rain. We will check the forecast and decide by 18:00 the day before. Only in case of cancellation, we will notify you at the email address used for registration.
