We are just one week away from Mori, Michi, Ichiba 2023, and this year, Circles is going all in with our booth!
To fully express our excitement, we put a lot of heart into creating new Circles visuals specifically for Mori, Michi, Ichiba! We asked kankobayashi, who creates many works featuring bike culture motifs, to handle the illustrations. Isn’t it amazing?!
I’ve been following him for a long time because he draws such incredibly good illustrations, so I’m thrilled we were able to work with him at this time! Please check out kankobayashi’s Instagram.

Mori, Michi, Ichiba is a music festival in the Tokai region, but as the word "Ichiba" (Market) in its name suggests, it is also defined by its character as a market event.
We are very happy to have such a one-of-a-kind event in our local Aichi, so Circles always participates with everything we’ve got. Every year, we have collaborated by providing our event bike parking service "Cycle Cloak" for those arriving by bicycle, and by organizing the "BIKE to Mori, Michi, Ichiba" ride, as well as operating a bike-only entrance and camping site.
Of course, we will continue to operate the Cycle Cloak and campsite again this year, but on top of that, Circles + Pine Fields Market will be going all-in with our own booth!
Going All-In – Bikes, Sandals, and Special Items
At the Circles booth, we will have a "Circles branch office" set up, centered around special offer bikes for Mori-Michi, as well as Bedrock Sandals—which we sold via professional fitting last year and saw many people change into on the spot because they were so comfortable—our expanded line of RAL apparel, and Shimano coolers, which are great for camping!
Also, we are currently working on Mori-Michi exclusive special items, so stay tuned for those too! (We're really cutting it close...)
Have breakfast at Mori-Michi with PFM!
PFM will be offering our standard baguette sandwiches and baked goods. We open at 7:00 AM on the 27th (Sat) and 28th (Sun), so breakfast is highly recommended! We are also planning to sell our brand-new butter sandwiches before they hit our regular shop. Plus, from the afternoon, we will have snacks supervised by Cerchi, so come by anytime you're hungry. We’re also planning to bring out the beer bike!
We’ll also have a mobile photo studio
In addition to the Cycle Cloak, we’ll be hosting a Circles mobile photo studio run by our photo team member Eri-chin, who is a former photo studio staffer (@2komat). Please come by and visit our booth! Of course, arriving by bicycle is highly encouraged!
We are looking forward to seeing Sneaks, the collaboration between Early Birds and Kakuozan Larder, who build an incredible burger shop every year. But we’re not going to be outdone by them; we’re putting our all into this and planning to build a massive Circles hut in the same area where we set up the Cycle Cloak every year!
