【18th Anniversary RIDE / Ze-ha Ride】Thank you for participating in this challenging yet fun ride!

We had plenty of "heavy breathing" (puffing and panting) on our anniversary ride on November 30th.

To everyone who participated, thank you so much!

For me personally, the level of "puffing and panting" was some of the most intense I've experienced on a ride lately. Part of me regrets not timing our ascent of Mikuni Pass, but if I had seen the actual time, it probably would have been a shock.

Even so, pushing yourself to the limit until you're huffing and puffing gives you a great sense of accomplishment.

The day brought cloudy skies and a light rain, and the view I had been looking forward to from Mikuni Pass was blocked by a literal white curtain. There was no landscape to be seen anywhere, the wind was cold, and with the sun refusing to smile down on us, the temperatures remained low. It was the worst kind of conditions, where the "shivering" stuck with us even more than the "heavy breathing" on the descents.

Still, once we entered Nagoya city, the sun came out and we finally felt some warmth. When we reached our final destination at Heiwa Park, the conversation flowed as we shared stories from the ride in the short time we had, and I heard so many people say, "That was fun!"

Of course, perfect conditions are always ideal, but I was reminded for the first time in a while that even the worst conditions can turn into good memories.

Thank you so much to everyone who joined us!

Let's make sure our next ride is in perfect conditions! Haha

And a big thank you to Daisaku from CULTURE CLUB, who stayed at the back of the pack the whole time to look after everyone!
