The pit was frantic from start to finish today. Amidst the chaos, a wonderful cyclist came by to use our rental pit.
They brought in a Surly Crosscheck that had been toured through South America for 70 days, covering about 6,300 km (!!), for us to disassemble and maintain.
After such a tough journey, the parts were quite worn, so we replaced what was necessary and performed thorough greasing and other maintenance.
They happily shared plans for their next trip. I'm so jealous!!
