SundayMorningRide @Ichinomiya

We’ve been having some lovely, warm weather lately, haven’t we?

The photo was taken near the Hamamatsu Fruit Park.
I highly recommend a bakery nearby. (Believe it or not, they have two goats outside the shop.)
It’s about 20km away from Hamamatsu Station, so it’s a perfect spot to take your bike by train (rinko).
Our staff member Happy (who is from Hamamatsu) has also gathered info on some Hamamatsu gyoza shops, so if you're interested, feel free to ask Taka or Happy!

Anyway, that’s enough about my personal weekend. How was everyone’s Golden Week?
For those of you who feel like you didn’t get enough time out and about, I’ve got a ride invitation for you.

Next Sunday, a market themed around "powder/flour" (kona) will be held in Ichinomiya.
"Conasai" is a fun gathering of雑貨 (miscellaneous goods) shops, bakeries, pastry shops, florists, pizza shops, architects, and more.

With such an exciting destination in mind,
we’ll be hosting this month’s “SundayMorningRide.”
【Date】Sunday, May 17th
【Meeting Point / Departure Time】Early Birds / 8:00 AM
【What to bring】Helmet, gloves
【Destination】Ichinomiya Seni Danchi (Textile District) *Dismissal at the venue

The event features popular food and drink vendors like the familiar “Zoumeshi-ya” from the morning market, as well as workshops, live music, and other engaging activities.

Additionally, “daisy messenger” will be setting up their mobile bicycle repair “Kiosk.”
They’ll be offering basic bike checks, size fitting for kids' bikes, flat repairs, tire changes, and more.
It’s a great chance to watch the pros at work and learn a thing or two while you’re at it.

This time, the ride looks like it’ll be a bit more challenging than usual.
After getting some exercise, why not enjoy some delicious food and unique experiences while soaking in the retro-modern atmosphere of the 60s and 70s?
We look forward to seeing you all there!
