RIDEALIVE! (Extra Edition: TAKA)

It has been about a week since RIDEALIVE 2014 came to a close.
I still feel as if I was out riding just yesterday.
While I would love to share some surprising personal stories (please come by the shop if you’d like to hear them!), I, TAKA, will be bringing you a style check as an extra feature.

During this ride event, not only the staff but many of the participants were very particular about their apparel.
Functionality is important, of course, but so is how you combine and wear your gear.
Sometimes speed is the goal, but there are also many times, like this camp ride, when you just want to ride your bike comfortably and have fun.

So, here are some Good Camp Ride Styles!

Simworks' Gishi-shi, wearing a jersey and Swrve shorts—a style I also use often.
With CafeDuCycliste gear that matches a casual style, along with QuocPham leather shoes and Strawfoot socks, this is a look I want to use as a model.

Both of them are great examples, but pay special attention to the wife's outfit!
Actually... it was exactly the same as what I wore the day before, lol.
We had a good laugh about that.

I'd love to introduce other participants, but I'll wrap it up here.
Flickr: Day 2 features more, so please take a look.

And actually, my summer isn't over yet.
Starting tomorrow, I’m planning to go on a 3-day solo camp ride around the Noto Peninsula.
Check here, as I’ll be uploading photos.

Now, continuing on to the highly anticipated Jus's Bike Check...
