Following up on the other day, here is another custom paint job by Sphere Paint.
This time, it's a Surly Crosscheck. We decided to go for a full repaint along with its overhaul.
The pink logo (specifically the Pacer logo, which is the key highlight) really stands out against the aluminum silver finish.
For the wheels, we used a combination of Chris King R45 hubs and H PLUS SON The Box rims.
For the tires, we chose the Panaracer Tourer Plus 28c to ensure a comfortable ride for both commuting and weekend touring.
We also upgraded the brakes to Paul Neo-Retro and Touring Canti for improved stopping power.
Of course, we applied rust-proofing to the inside of the frame to refresh it from the inside out, not just the exterior. Steel frames especially should be rust-proofed at least once a year. If you're comfortable taking your bike apart, you can do it yourself, but if you're not sure, leave it to Circles! When you decide on a repaint, please be sure to request an overhaul at the same time.
