Tokyo Taiwan Nagoya at Hejiho

As you all know, the bike shop Circles is home to Earlybirds Breakfast, where you can enjoy a delicious American-style breakfast.
　
We took a short break recently to carry out some noisy kitchen expansion work, but we are back open now with a powered-up menu.
　
Furthermore, every Friday night, the space transforms into Hedgehog Diner, a place where you can enjoy tasty food and drinks. We also frequently host events featuring special guests.
　
While we have mostly featured folks active around Nagoya so far, we are finally welcoming some agile chefs from Tokyo to join us!
They are from the popular Taiwanese restaurant near Nakameguro Station, "Tokyo Taiwan".
　

　
Led by the boss, Su-san, their unique team makes incredibly delicious boiled dumplings (sui gyoza) and lu rou fan (braised pork rice).
There is so much attention to detail in their take on classic Taiwanese dishes, and their signature boiled dumplings are, in my opinion, the best I've ever had! Their other menu items are also superb; this time, there will be 10 items in total, including dumplings to go. Please come with an empty stomach and enjoy.
