Hello. This is Keita from Earlybirds.
Recently, we have partially renewed the EARLYBIRDS menu. While we have kept our classic BREAKFAST PLATE as is, we have made some changes to the ingredients in items like our biscuit sandwiches, omelets, and tacos. The basic foundation remains the same, but we decided to make these changes at this time in the hope of gradually improving things for the better.
We are now also using bread made by PINE FIELDS MARKET. To highlight this bread, we have added a cinnamon toast and coffee set to our offerings. While EARLYBIRDS has a strong image of hearty morning meals, we hope to offer this as a lighter breakfast option.
And the biggest change this time is the addition of HOT DOGS to the menu. With the opening of our new shop, PINE FIELDS MARKET, we are now able to make delicious hot dog buns, which has added more depth to our menu.
There are seven types of hot dogs in total. We have a wide variety of options, including a simple plain sausage dog, as well as versions topped with basil cream, corn salsa, chili beans, and cheese. We also offer one with fried chicken. They can be ordered à la carte, or as a plate served with salad and French fries.
Hot dogs are offered as part of our lunch menu and are available from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Please note that quantities are limited.
Of course, our regular menu from 7:00 AM is also better than ever, so we are confident that you will be satisfied no matter what time you visit.
We also completely redesigned our menu. We entrusted this task to our familiar director and designer, Mr. Motonome. All those meetings were worth it, and we have created a truly cool menu.
We hope to propose a very standard American diner-style menu, as we envision it, and continue to build a shop where many people can enjoy their early mornings.
