Circles is a friend to girl cyclists.

On a personal note, since I have small feet, I sometimes end up wearing women's cycling shoes.

What I often feel is that women's models have limited variety and it can be hard to find them in stock in the right size. Amidst that, the California-based manufacturer Giro, which now comprehensively offers the items necessary for enjoying cycling—from helmets and shoes to apparel—has just released a shoe that is perfect for women.

[Giro] Empire W ACC ¥39,000 (excl. tax)

Among the many cycling shoes available, the long-awaited women's model of Giro's Empire series, which has established itself as an absolute standard, has finally arrived.

Just like the men's model, it features a one-piece upper made of Teijin microfiber. The sole uses Easton's EC90 ACC carbon sole, which offers a balance of lightness and stiffness, minimizing power loss during pedaling and ensuring efficient power transfer. Since the heel cup is replaceable, you can use them for a long time without worrying about wear and tear.

Also, the arch support feature, which allows you to choose from three different thicknesses for the arch area of the insole, is very convenient for when you change the thickness of your socks depending on the season.

Replacement laces in a feminine turquoise color are also included.

When the Empire was first introduced, it really shook things up in a market where cycling shoes with Velcro straps or buckles were the norm. Come to think of it, the cycling shoes our predecessors used were all lace-up. Since the arrival of the Empire, this style of shoe has been reconsidered.

While they may be more troublesome to put on and take off, by carefully tightening the laces, you get a fit that feels like the entire shoe is wrapping around your foot. Whether you are racing for a split second, going for a long ride, or light touring, I highly recommend this pair to any woman who enjoys cycling in a variety of styles.

This model has a relatively tight build, and this time we have stocked sizes 37 to 39. You will surely find a size that fits your feet, so please visit our store and try them on. Although Circles is staffed only by men (we'd like to welcome a female staff member next!), rest assured that we will guide you with the utmost care!

And I have one more piece of good news for you.
We have managed to acquire a few 2016 Giro models that were not scheduled for release in Japan.

First, there are shoes for women compatible with mountain bike cleats. The RUMBLE VR and Terraduro women's models, as well as some basic Velcro shoes, are recommended as a first pair.

We also have models compatible with road cleats. All are size 39, so if this size fits you, don't miss this opportunity.

Of course, don't worry, we have something for men too.
In addition to the standard Privateer (right in the photo), we have MTB pedal models such as the Grynd (left in the photo), which features a flexible sole like a running shoe.

All of the above are 14,000 yen (excl. tax).
This is a special offer with only one size available for each model, so act fast!
