Just kidding (lol).
Actually, now that it's over, my desire to go somewhere else is at an all-time high.

So, for all of you still feeling the travel blues, I'd like to reintroduce the Porcelain Rocket MCA that I used for this Ride Alive, in the hopes that it inspires you to head out on another trip.

The Porcelain Rocket MCA is, simply put, a type of handlebar bag, but the user-friendliness refined by travel enthusiast Scott was beyond my imagination.

Porcelain Rocket MCA ¥18,000- (plus tax)

First off, the structure: the pouch section and a separately sold dry bag (5–15L) are strapped to the handlebars. Because it allows for front access, it can be easily mounted on drop bars, not just flat bars.

And since the dry bag is completely separate, instead of a dry bag, you can smartly store cylindrical items—which are surprisingly common among camping gear—like tents, sleeping bags, and mats.
This time, I packed my MSR CarbonReflex2 tent on the handlebars.
I was able to enjoy the ride without any trouble whatsoever regarding shaking, shifting, or coming loose.

Also, I shouldn't forget the pouch that attaches to the front of the dry bag.
The pouch is just the right size to hold things you want to keep in sight at all times, like your wallet and phone, and can also fit a compact camera for capturing travel memories.
The water-resistant zipper on the top protects the pouch holding your valuables from unexpected rain.
Please note, however, that it is not completely waterproof.

To go on a trip, you need reliable gear.
Or rather, when you get your hands on reliable gear, you want to go use it.
I'm not sure which comes first.
Hmm, where should I go for my next break?
