OMM (Original Mountain Marathon) is a British outdoor manufacturer that bases its concepts on 45 years of diverse experience and free-thinking, focusing on how to act comfortably and quickly in rainy, humid fields. While not known by many yet, they are well-versed in cycling, with a race category called OMM BIKE, and they develop apparel and backpacks that perform in a wide range of situations. (It hasn't been held in Japan yet, but why don't we all organize one!?)

And starting tomorrow, the long-awaited OMM JAPAN 2015 will be held in Tsumagoi Village, Gunma Prefecture. It is located at an altitude of about 1000m overlooking Mt. Asama, where it is extremely cold, and rain is forecast starting tomorrow. I'm looking forward to what promises to be a grueling marathon race, just as OMM should be. It looks like some Circles customers are participating too, so let's all cheer them on!
From that very timely brand OMM, here is an introduction to a lightweight backpack that just arrived and is also perfect for cycling.
The LastDrop is the smallest size in the OMM lineup, a backpack perfect for everything from running to cycling. The back pad pocket inside the bag can store a tablet or other device, and it is also compatible with hydration bladders. I want you to pay attention to the lightness and fit that are the hallmarks of this backpack. Its weight is an astonishing 310g, and its "Active Fit," which secures it firmly in place, reduces stress while you're on the move. You could say this is the perfect backpack for those who engage in a variety of active pursuits!
Chest strap with a whistle and waist belt that provide a secure hold.
The chest strap can be adjusted vertically.
The flap section is just the right size to hold a helmet.
Details designed with hydration use in mind.
Personally, what I love about OMM bags is that they can be used for both cycling (from road to mountain) and running. Lately, I've been hooked on #BikeAndHiking, combining road rides and hiking (trail running). Naturally, while still wearing bib shorts. The way you play is up to you! Why don't you give it a try?
