After the typhoon passed, we had a stretch of chilly days, but this day turned into a humid one.
Amidst that, we held the second MAAP In The Field Nagoya Ride.

At 8:00 AM, after having coffee at our meeting point, PFM, we headed towards Seto, riding slowly through the city and along the river.

We took a break at Owari-Seto Station, and once everyone—including those who joined us along the way—had arrived, we held a brief briefing.
Thankfully, we had even more participants this time, both men and women. Everyone enjoyed some saddle talk, and after another break, we made our way to the Yoshida natural spring water.

After riding through paddy fields and along the river, we arrived at the Yoshida natural spring. The ice-cold water felt amazing on our heated bodies.

MAAP is characterized by its navy-based apparel, which is a color I personally love, and seeing it worn like this really brings out the charm of the brand.

Looking back, by the time we returned to Circles, the total distance exceeded 100km, which was quite tough. However, I’m so happy that everyone was able to finish the ride, knowing that while it might be hard alone, it’s manageable with the group.
Although we were worried about the weather, the rain stopped by morning, and while it was overcast, the sun peeked through at times. It was the perfect day, where you could feel a pleasant breeze while riding, even with the slight humidity.

I hope that by feeling the change of seasons and taking the time to enjoy these rides, we can continue to expand our circle of riding friends. We definitely look forward to having more female cyclists join us! As was asked during this ride, MAAP rides are not exclusive to women, so men are very welcome too! (I hope writing it this way doesn't make it harder to come—it’s all welcome!) We will announce our next ride here as well, so please stay tuned.
