This weekend, Sunday, September 7th, the Rapha Women’s Prestige Yatsugatake will be held in Yatsugatake.
Already held several times in the US, the Women’s Prestige is a women-only "Gentlemen’s Race." For this inaugural domestic event, our very own Hunter Girls Nagoya team from Nagoya will be participating.
Most of the members also took part in the recent RIDEALIVE, making them quite the adventurous group of girls.
Although this event involves competition, it also has a side that is not strictly a race, and I am sure they will use their inquisitive spirit to run energetically across the vast land of Yatsugatake.
They have been diligently studying how to handle worst-case scenarios, from flat tire repairs to fixing broken chains, and their preparation for the gravel ride is spot on.
They will likely be posting various updates on Instagram throughout the day, so please join me in cheering them on!
Go! Hunter Girls!!
