I have some good news for you 2

I’ve dug up and updated the post I wrote at the end of last year asking you to sign up for the Circles newsletter.
And just to clarify, prompting you to sign up for the newsletter is a sign that a sa—e is starting soon (secret).
Please be aware that messages often don't reach mobile carrier email addresses, so please be careful.

Lately (as of June 2017), when looking at the iPhone App Store rankings, the #1 paid app is one that "removes ads." It seems to be a higher-performance version of the app that was #1 previously. I certainly agree that indiscriminate 18+ ads are terrible, and since they also increase data usage on mobile phones, I understand the desire to pay for an app just to get rid of them.

Personally, I see ads as the crystallization of creativity and a mirror reflecting the state of the world, so I’m the type who gets interested in pretty much anything. If anything, I’m less fond of behavioral targeting ads, which only show you things based on your browsing history, as I feel they narrow your world view.

Data-based recommendations like "customers who bought this also bought this," often seen on Amazon, are very convenient, so we use them semi-automatically on the Circles WEBSHOP as well. However, just like targeting ads, blindly trusting them is a path to mental laziness and loss of individuality. I believe one of the true joys of shopping is to carefully compare and consider things by grounding yourself in what you actually need, whether the features and cost are appropriate, and what the background of the product or brand is.

As a place to shop, Circles wants to communicate effectively through our store, our website, and at events to ensure that necessary items reach the people who need them and that the thoughts and techniques of the producers are clearly conveyed. And for that, advertising and public relations are absolutely necessary. Due to the nature of the products we handle, there is so much we want to convey, which often leads to an abundance of blog and social media posts. We use Facebook, twitter, and instagram to put information out there, but inevitably, it gets buried and flows away amidst a sea of miscellaneous content.

To ensure our information reaches you more reliably, we have been focusing on our email newsletter lately – GOOD NEWS MAIL.

  • WEBSHOP discount coupons
  • New arrival information before we announce it elsewhere
  • Blog post roundups
  • Recommended event information

There is a lot of information available only through the newsletter.
We have switched all sale announcements and similar notices that were previously sent to specific customers via postcard over to the GOOD NEWS MAIL starting this year.
If you haven't registered yet, please take this opportunity to do so. You can also sign up using the form below.

※If you use our web shop, you may already be registered.
※There is a very high chance that messages will not be received by mobile carrier emails like docomo.ne.jp, ezweb.ne.jp, or softbank.ne.jp, so please register with a personal email address that you can also check on a PC.

Once you enter your address and press the register button, a confirmation email will be sent to you; please press the button inside that email to complete your registration.
