Team Fresh Airから最新作をお届け – Hunter!!

Based out of Fresh Air Bicycle in San Francisco, here is our ally, Team Fresh Air – Hunter.

They battle through the cyclocross season on bikes equipped with Hunter Cycles frames and SimWorks By Nitto components. We’ve just received some new soft goods from Team Fresh Air – Hunter!

Strawfoot / Speed Block Socks
Charcoal / ¥3,200 (excl. tax)
Summer weight wool blend (Defeet / Wooleator)
Merino Wool 64% / Nylon 28% / Lycra 8%

Strawfoot / Speed Block Socks
Navy / ¥2,900 (excl. tax)
Synthetic blend (Defeet / Aireator)
CoolMax ECO 60% / Nylon 39% / Lycra 1%

The familiar contour lines featured on the socks were, of course, designed by Garrett of Strawfoot. The main cuff section features a block pattern inspired by the Yamaha motorcycle team.

The charcoal version is based on the merino wool-blend Defeet / Wooleator, which is thin while providing excellent moisture-wicking and moderate heat retention. The navy version is based on the Defeet / Aireator, using Coolmax® as its primary fabric, making for a lightweight, breathable, and quick-drying sock. Both pairs are sure to be a hit during your upcoming rides and cyclocross races. The navy pair in particular matches this year's CRC Kit quite well.

Team Fresh Air – Hunter / Team Water Bottle
¥2,900 (excl. tax)

Color : Clear x Blue, Clear Black x Gold
Size : 26oz – 737ml
Made by Specialized / Purist

This water bottle features the same design as the Speed Block Socks. The logos for Fresh Air Bicycles and Hunter Cycles are printed on the upper section. The base is a Specialized Purist bottle, which suppresses the plastic odor typical of polyethylene containers and prevents flavors from transferring to your drink. Additionally, the large, smooth-opening nozzle allows for quick and stress-free hydration during your ride.

Last weekend, the opening round of the Tokai Cyclocross series was held at Hirata Riverside Plaza.
Here in Japan, the Hunter/SimWorks CX Team riders are also giving it their all!

We are hosting a SimWorks booth at each venue for this season's Tokai Cyclocross. We have the SportCrafters Omnium Trainer available for test rides and are showcasing items recommended for crossers. Of course, we will also have a booth at the second round, so please make sure to stop by and say hello.

Compared to last year, the opening round saw a notable increase in participants from all over, not just the Tokai region. In fact, Heather from Team Fresh Air – Hunter, who happened to be visiting Japan, came to check out the venue. Although scheduling issues meant she wasn't entered in the race, she was there to cheer on the Japanese riders!

High five!

Let’s give it our best this season too!
