キャンプ用品!

The rainy season has finally come to an end across the country, but how is everyone doing?
Summer is now in full swing.
It’s getting hotter by the day, but it’s also a time with less rain, making it easier to head out on a bicycle.
With the Obon holiday long weekend coming up, I’m sure some of you are planning long-distance trips or touring.

Last week on my day off, I was out scouting routes for “RIDEALIVE” with Mr. Ikeyama.
There is an endless thrill in attaching racks and panniers to your bike and riding through places you’ve never been before.
I absolutely love this style—it was the same when I traveled through Shikoku a few years back.
However, I remember how much I struggled with bulky tents and sleeping bags.
*We are planning to carry lightweight and compact tents soon.

So, for “RIDEALIVE” coming up at the end of next month, I’m planning on sleeping in an ENO hammock, which we started carrying this season.
After all, isn't it the best thing to be able to sleep while feeling the nature and the breeze?

We introduced the “ENO Doublenest Hammock” in the Kenpolo Blog the other day.
It’s lightweight, breathable, and compact, which is why many overseas tourers choose hammocks instead of tents.

Looking at this photo, you can see how compact it is.
I actually tested it out while scouting in Mikawa, and I was surprised by how easy it was to use and how little space it took up.

【ENO】Atlas Strap ¥3,900_

Just find a spot with trees at the right distance, hook the Atlas Straps around them, and secure them with the carabiners. *For detailed usage instructions, please see here. Anyone can easily set up this hammock in about 5 minutes.
It will surely make your touring and camping trips even more fulfilling.

However, when it comes to sleeping, bugs (like mosquitoes) can be a concern.
Rest assured, because ENO has a wide range of thoughtful items to handle that!

With this, you won’t have to worry about mosquitoes or other bugs.
Also, some people might honestly think, "Isn't it tiring to sleep in a hammock?"
But if you pull the straps tight to create tension, you can sleep comfortably. (30° is the standard angle.)

I hope you’ll give it a try, whether for this “RIDEALIVE” or for your everyday life and weekend rides, as it’s so versatile.
