Three days have passed since the Gourmet Century Ride Asuke ended, and my social media timeline is still flooded with all the wonderful sights, food, and smiles from that day.
Even now that we are back in reality, I'm sure all the participants are checking their phones over and over again, making sure that day wasn't just a dream.
That dreamlike time for us flew by in the blink of an eye, and it is finally coming to an end.
As I mentioned in my blog the other day, they are currently enjoying some bikepacking at the foot of Mt. Fuji, and are scheduled to return to Nagoya on June 9th after a trip through Hakone and Izu.
So, we decided to hold a party at Early Birds to show our appreciation for them visiting Japan, and to discuss plans over drinks with Chris King and the builders about "what fun things we should do together next."

We will have drinks available for cash-on-delivery, and we'll be waiting for you with some simple snacks prepared by Early Birds' caterers and Matsuda from Hedgehogs.
This isn't a farewell party!
It's our next strategy meeting.
Because our "next" has already begun.
