Hi everyone, Happy here.
The weather has been getting warmer recently, making it the perfect climate for cycling.
Thank you to everyone who has signed up for Bike to Mori, Michi, Ichiba!
We are now just about a month away from the event.
With that in mind, I recently went out for a ride to scout the route for Bike to Mori, Michi, Ichiba.
I've put together a route that is easy to ride even for those who are new to long-distance cycling, and I’ve tried to avoid roads with heavy traffic as much as possible, so please look forward to the day!
By the way, while the camping tour tickets are sold out, we are still accepting entries for the ride tour only.
I imagine many of you are struggling to decide between the long and short courses, or are worried about how to prepare even though you've already signed up, or just have a lot of questions. So,
We will be holding a "Bike to Mori, Michi, Ichiba" briefing session and workshop at Early Birds on Saturday, April 23rd, starting at 18:00!
You don't have to be a participant of Bike to Mori, Michi, Ichiba to attend.
Registration for each session and workshop will be on the day, and you are welcome to come and go as you please during each part, so feel free to drop by!
*Participation fee: ¥500 (includes 1 drink)
Part 1: 18:00– Bike to Mori, Michi, Ichiba Briefing

Agenda
・Details of the route
・Information on what to bring for the ride
・Explanation of group riding precautions
・Q&A session
The session will last about an hour. It might be useful to have a notepad ready.
It should also be a great chance to interact with other participants, so please do join us!
Part 2: 19:00– Rinko (Bicycle Transport) Workshop
Agenda
・Talk on rules and etiquette for Rinko
・Explanation of different types of Rinko bags
・Practice packing your bike
Rinko is the practice of transporting your bicycle by train.
Since you are bringing something large into a train, many people might think it seems intimidating, but once you learn how, your range of activities by bicycle will expand tremendously!
If you don't have a Rinko bag, you can purchase one on the spot.
Part 3: 20:00– Group Ride
We know many of you participating in Bike to Mori, Michi, Ichiba are doing a group ride for the first time,
so let's spend a little under an hour riding through Nagoya city together to get used to it!
We will start at Circles, loop back to Circles, and then dismiss.
Let's enjoy a fun ride together!
*Early Birds will be open until 17:00 on the day, then we will close to prepare the venue. Registration will begin at 17:45.
*There is no capacity limit, but due to space constraints, we may reach capacity, so please arrive early.
For those interested or still on the fence, are you ready for a grand adventure?
