Some of you might be thinking, "Circles is doing Christmas cakes?"
That’s right. Circles actually has three food and beverage divisions. One of them, a bake shop called “Pine Fields Market (a.k.a. PFM)“, serves "koppe-pan" (hot dog style buns) baked fresh every morning in our shop workshop, sandwiches made with carefully selected ingredients, seasonal baked goods, and aromatic original-blend coffee. We even take our Omnium cargo bikes to local markets to peddle our goods.

The time has come once again for our annual Christmas cake season! We have prepared some special cakes to add color to your Christmas. We’d love for all our cycling-loving friends to enjoy them, too—so here is our announcement.

Ways of spending Christmas have become more diverse today.
More and more people are spending time not just with family or partners, but also with friends, enjoying time alone, or even celebrating with their "oshi" (the person they support/idolize).
"We want to help make your day wonderful by being close to each of your own unique Christmases."
With that sentiment in mind, we have chosen the theme "Our Christmas."
【PFM Christmas Cakes 2025】
PFM's Christmas cakes are highly anticipated every year.
We have prepared two types this year.
◎ Strawberry Sponge Cake
Moist, baked-to-perfection sponge cake layered with melt-in-your-mouth milky whipped cream.
The gentle sweetness is perfectly balanced with the refreshing tartness of strawberries.
Because it’s simple, we’ve focused on the quality of the ingredients and the perfect balance, creating a classic Christmas cake beloved by everyone.

15cm ¥4,800 (serves 3-4)
◎ Rich Orange Gateau Chocolat
This Gateau Chocolat was crafted to evoke the quiet atmosphere of pre-dawn, reminiscent of a "start to the morning" at PFM.
Topped with dried orange slices that look like the sunrise and light from a window, resting atop a moist, smooth chocolate cake.
The faint aroma of citrus combined with the deep flavor of chocolate provides a feeling of warmth.
