SimWorks' first product by TANGESEIKI

TANGESEIKI manufactures its own bearings, producing parts with exceptionally high precision and durability. We have released Sim Heads, an original SimWorks headset based on the "Classic"—the most durable and precise model within TANGESEIKI's top-tier Techno Glide series.

The stainless steel bearings used in Sim Heads feature a machining precision of ±0.004mm and mirror-polished ball races, which, combined with the angular contact structure, deliver superior rotational performance and durability.

The crown race and top cap are also crafted from ultra-super duralumin A7075-T6, a material known for its lightweight, high strength, and excellent hardness, ensuring both enhanced durability and a beautiful, unified finish.

Before a rider even thinks about turning, the bicycle is already moving in that direction. Like Zen, which cherishes the moment when "mind and body melt into one," Sim Heads eliminates the boundary between thought and action, seamlessly transmitting impulses from the brain to the body, and from the body to the bicycle, allowing you to trace your path unconsciously. You will experience the precision required to achieve that perfect alignment between intention and movement.

※ As noted in the included manual, "reaming" or "facing" of the frame may be required to ensure proper precision during installation. Using this product with threaded headset head tubes or thin-walled frames may cause cracks or damage.

※ Although the included manual mentions a "Seal Ring," it is not used in this product or the Techno Glide Classic, and is therefore not included. You can use the product without any issues.
