The SHIMANO SF-MX30 Single Freewheel is the standard freewheel cog that supports the feet of single speeders, BMX and piste custom riders.

Despite its simple construction, it has the solid precision and durability typical of Shimano, and demonstrates stable rotational performance from daily street riding to hard use. The chromoly sprocket has excellent wear resistance and smooth ratchet response, providing both lightness at the start and good progression.

Compatible with standard 1/2 x 3/32" chains and fits standard BMX single speed hubs. The simple design without unnecessary decoration directly leads to less trouble and easy handling.

Just the right amount of reliability to support the base for city riding.
This is Shimano's standard free cog that can also be used by hardcore riders.
