Description

The name “SEIDO” is derived from the Japanese word for “precision.” The SINUS Rim embodies this philosophy. Rather than focusing on excessive weight reduction or a race for flashy specs, this rim has been meticulously refined to deliver the performance demanded by real-world riding.

Its most distinctive feature is the asymmetric design, which minimizes the difference in spoke tension between the left and right sides. This allows for the assembly of a well-balanced wheel that offers excellent responsiveness while enhancing the overall stiffness and durability of the wheel.

In addition to its lightweight double-wall construction made from 6061-T6 aluminum, it is also tubeless-ready. The wide 21mm inner width supports tires ranging from 30 to 50mm in width with ideal shape, maximizing comfort and traction performance when ridden at low pressures.

From gravel rides to bikepacking and daily commuting, this rim embodies SEIDO’s signature blend of lightness, reliability, and ease of handling at the highest level.
