This is a shift lever compatible with microSHIFT's Acolyte Quick Trigger Pro Shifter. It is compatible with the following models and is useful for replacing worn or deteriorated parts after long-term use.
You can replace it by removing the bolt fixed to the back of the shift lever with a T15 Torx wrench.
