Ultra Lightweight Water Purification Filter

The PLATYPUS QuickDraw Micro Filter is an ultra-lightweight water purification filter that helps you stay hydrated outdoors safely and smartly. Although compact at only about 60g, the 0.2 micron hollow fiber membrane filter removes bacteria and particulates, allowing you to safely convert a natural water source into drinking water.

Simple to use, it can be connected to ordinary plastic bottles as well as dedicated reservoirs. It can be kept in a bag for mountain climbing, touring, and camping, as well as for emergency use in times of disaster or while traveling.

Maintenance is also easy, and backflushing (backwashing) after use prolongs the filter performance. Made by the highly reliable PLATYPUS in the U.S., this item is recommended as part of a first aid kit or outdoor gear that is both functional and portable.
