It has been about two weeks since we introduced the WEIS MANUFACTURING Tracklocross Prototype. As the WEIS MANUFACTURING POP UP we mentioned then is fast approaching, we would like to share the details once again.
For three days from Friday, April 2nd to Sunday, the 4th, we will be holding a WEIS MANUFACTURING POP UP STORE at Circles Tailored.

OPENING PARTY

During the event, you will be able to see the Tracklocross Prototype up close, along with six bikes owned by the WEIS crew themselves. You can, of course, also use this opportunity to consult with us about ordering a frame—not just regarding size and geometry, but also their paintwork, as they never make two bikes the same. Apparel and accessories will also be available for purchase.

Additionally, we will be hosting an opening party on the first day, Friday the 3rd, starting at 17:00. The WEIS members will be DJing to keep the shop upbeat with party tunes. We will extend our business hours until 21:00, and while there is no special agenda, we simply look forward to sharing that time with you all in our usual fashion.
Then, we will be hosting a Pizza Ride on Saturday and a Gravel Ride on Sunday!

Now, a little more about WEIS MANUFACTURING.
WEIS MANUFACTURING
Messengers weaving through the city.
In the heavily congested urban area of New York, this profession developed as a way to quickly transport goods using agile bicycles. This style has also become deeply rooted in the lives of those living in the city.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, is the handmade frame brand WEIS MANUFACTURING.

Their lineup isn’t limited to track frames; they also craft a variety of models, including road and gravel bikes.

The brand handles everything from frame construction to painting consistently within their Brooklyn studio, and their unique frame designs and bold coloring have garnered attention from cyclists all over the world.
Another major feature of the brand is that they are equipped to manufacture not only the frames but also components like stems and handlebars in-house.

Above all, what first catches the eye on a WEIS frame is the asymmetrical stay structure. The drive side is engineered with the rigidity to firmly handle pedaling torque, while the non-drive side is designed to balance the flex and equilibrium of the frame as a whole. This is not just for visual impact, but a functional design meant to efficiently translate powerful pedal strokes into forward momentum.

Furthermore, their paintwork is highly distinctive. The different colors and graphics on every individual frame are more than just paint—they are an important element in expressing the frame’s unique character. Like the frame production, this is also done at their Brooklyn studio.

Incidentally, the name "WEIS" comes from the name of the workshop that the founder's family once ran, which was a manufacturer of wagons—what you might call a workshop for making "wheeled vehicles." Even as times change, the craftsmanship of building vehicles lives on in this brand.
It is a short three-day period, but we hope you will come by to enjoy the world of WEIS MANUFACTURING.
