-At the time of payment, you will be charged the regular shipping fee. However, we will refund you half of the shipping cost before the shipment.
-Once the refund process is complete, you will receive a notification message, so please check for confirmation.
-The refund process will be conducted through the credit card company, so please expect the refund to take approximately 10 days.
-Duties, taxes and other fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Large items such as bike frames, rims, wire bead tires, and wheelsets are not eligible for this campaign.
-If non-eligible items are included in the purchase, the shipping cost will not be halved.
-During the campaign period, we will arrange shipping for each transaction separately in our Web Shop, and we regret to inform you that combining shipments from different transactions is not possible.
-We generally use FedEx as the shipping courier, but in special cases, such as remote islands, higher shipping fees may apply. In such instances, we may charge additional shipping fees in accordance with our shipping policy. Additionally, there are areas where FedEx does not provide shipping services.
-No shipping on Saturdays and Sundays. Of course, in Japan time.
