Ritchey's history began when founder Tom Ritchey made a lightweight bike in his garage when he was in high school, without sacrificing strength.
Since then, I have been energetically focusing on other than frame production, such as producing bicycle components and leading the early days of MTB. However, the rich spirit of creating functional, lightweight and reliable products, which is the starting point, has been passed down to frame making. In 2009, Cadel Evans used Ritchie components to win the world championship, and we are actively supplying to UCI top professionals.
Today, we are actively releasing gravel roads and adventure bikes and continue to convey the fun of biking to a wide range of people.
As the name implies, the Venture Max is designed for adventure and is a wide drop handlebar that can even run cross-country single tracks. Designed wider than a typical drop bar, the Bioergo-Bend at the end, reminiscent of the mountain drops of yesteryear, also contributes to a comfortable grip.
