MKS / Mikashima Seisakujho has been making pedals since 1949. It is the only manufacturer that still insists on producing pedals in Japan. They are the only manufacturer in Japan with NJS certification, and each pedal is hand-built.
The company is the only NJS-certified manufacturer in Japan and hand-builds each and every one of its products. It is a manufacturer that supports the feet of many cyclists, regardless of their use, from commuters to touring bikes, track bikes and road bikes.
In collaboration with MASH SF, a San Francisco-based piste bike store, we have designed and released the "Sylvan Stream with a kickback".
Based on the Sylvan Stream, which is characterized by its double-sided tread, small body, and sharp teeth, a kickback was created to provide both gripping power due to the teeth shape and ease of catching toe clips. The kickback has a 13.5mm protrusion, but both sides of the pedal can be stepped on without discomfort.
The black surface treatment is applied not only to the body but also to the core rod. The packaging box is a special collaboration between MKS and MASH SF.

Regarding the delivery of complete bikes

- After receiving your order, we will do a final check and ship complete bikes, but it may take 1-2 weeks. Please understand.
- We will send the bike with some parts removed for packing. We strongly recommend that you have your bicycle assembled at your nearest bicycle store.

- We apologize for any sales discrepancies at the store.
Regarding the delivery of frame sets
- Nationwide flat-rate shipping: 5,500 yen (tax included) (However, an additional fee will be charged for delivery to Okinawa and remote islands.)

- We will provide the pre-treatment of facing and tapping for the frame sets purchased at our store as a service. We will inform you separately after purchase.
